Job Summary
The Family Preservation Clinical Supervisor (CS) oversees daily operations and service delivery for the Family Preservation Program, providing supervision to staff and ensuring client progress. Responsibilities include facilitating Multidisciplinary Case Planning Conferences, developing tailored service plans, reviewing case documentation, and managing budget compliance. The CS must exhibit strong leadership and training skills, advocate for families, and foster a compassionate work environment that values diversity.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of a master’s degree from an accredited or State approved graduate school in Social Work (MSW) or a related field of study.
- Must be a State of California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or have a Clinical Psychology Degree from an accredited or State approved graduate school.
- Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience providing services to inner-city families from diverse ethnic backgrounds.
- Must have demonstrated ability to collaborate with other professionals.
- Bilingual Spanish Required (verbal and written skillset).
- Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.
