Job Summary
Senior FP&A Analyst responsible for financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting for ENGIE North America’s expanding renewables portfolio. Collaborates with R&F GBU, Asset Management, Operations, Partnership teams, and SEM to understand profitability drivers, risks, and liquidity management; prepares monthly/quarterly results for management, partnerships, and group reporting; develops annual budgets, reforecasts, and medium-term plans; prepares materials for partnership Board meetings; ensures accurate P&L and cash-flow reforecasts, and partners with accounting/IT for data mapping and new reporting structures. Supports cross-functional projects, delivers timely performance analysis, and contributes to management reviews. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, at least 5 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and/or Power BI, and strong communication skills. Hybrid work policy requires three days in the Houston office. Located in Houston, TX with salary range $77,100.00 – $118,220.00 USD annually; eligibility for bonus/incentive plan and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in business financial analysis, financial reporting or accounting

- Experience in energy markets and/or accounting knowledge would be a plus
- Polished executive level written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English

- Project management skills focused on meeting multiple deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
- Cross-organizational coordination skills ensuring on-time delivery of results and presentations
- Self-motivated desire to work in a time-sensitive environment with non-flexible deadlines, potentially outside of usual US business hours
