Job Summary
Manage the EPM platform (Pigment) end-to-end, including data models, calculation logic, dimensional structure, security architecture, and release management. Convert complex business requirements into technical platform solutions and scalable modeling patterns while making foundational architectural decisions for planning functions. Lead finance AI adoption by identifying, piloting, and deploying use cases such as automated variance commentary, narrative generation, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted scenario modeling. Design and test conversational and agent-driven finance workflows to automate routine planning tasks, partnering with Data Science and IT to ensure strict governance, accuracy, and auditability. Drive planning, forecasting, and reporting processes that power organizational growth as the company transitions to a public entity. This role requires occasional duties outside standard working hours due to global time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Economics, or another data-related focus
- 5+ years in a hybrid FP&A/Systems role

- Deep, hands-on implementation experience in modern EPMs
- exposure to cross-system integrations (e.g., Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, BI tools)
