Job Summary
Manage planning cycles administration, including initialization of phases, central data updates, and input template revisions. Provide first-level support for EPM users by resolving incidents and answering queries. Validate data integrations from ERP, HR, and Supply Chain systems while ensuring consistency across budgeting, forecasting, and actuals cycles. Assist in business process mapping, testing, and master data cleansing for the new EPM solution implementation. Contribute to FP&A process improvement initiatives and support data migration and reconciliation exercises. This 6-month fixed-term role reinforces the Global Finance Planning & Projects team during the transition to the Pigment EPM solution.
Required Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Finance systems, FP&A, Business Analysis, Data Analytics or Finance Transformation activities
- Ability to work with both Finance and IT teams
- Basic knowledge of Data flows / EPM solutions
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Project coordination mindset
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in either: Finance Information Systems, Business Administration, Data / Analytics
- Fluent in English and French
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to EPM tools or financial systems
- Knowledge of ETL / SQL knowledge
