Job Summary
Senior FP&A and finance partner for HSBC GCIO/Tech COO, overseeing cost reporting, budgeting, and target setting; provide ad-hoc analysis, KPI/metrics, and presentations for senior stakeholders; collaborate with Business/Finance stakeholders to deliver GCIO cost reporting and articulate key messages to COO/CFO; ensure cost transparency and timely funding issue escalation; support Technology Transformation through target validation, benefits forecasting, tracking, and alignment to operational plans; work with Financial Operations to ensure accurate transactions and provide business context; drive continuous improvement and enable best-in-class delivery within the GCIO COO finance pillar; requires accounting qualification (CA/ACA/CIMA) or equivalent; strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data-analysis capabilities; experience with analytical/BI tools and familiarity with AI tools for productivity (e.g., Copilot)
