Job Summary
Develop, maintain, and enhance consolidated financial models for the platform, including corporate models for budgeting and valuation, PPE valuation under IFRS, and fund valuation models across varying ownership structures. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather valuation assumptions, assess financial impacts, and perform sensitivity and scenario analyses. Support Treasury in developing monthly capital plans to monitor liquidity requirements and assist the Capital Markets team with rating agency materials and covenant ratio calculations. Prepare organized, executive-level presentations for senior management and provide ad hoc analytical and reporting support to FP&A and other teams. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced renewable energy environment while supporting the Director of FP&A with related initiatives and special projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in a financial modeling role
- Minimum of three years of accounting and/or financial planning and analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior management
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and sound judgment
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and a conscientious, consistent, and thorough work style
- Ability to work independently with energy, flexibility, and professionalism in a fast-paced, evolving team environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively while maintaining day-to-day responsibilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with databases and large datasets
- Experience with OneStream and/or Oracle NetSuite, or comparable systems
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or U.S. GAAP
- Experience in renewable energy, distributed generation, infrastructure, project finance, asset management, or another capital-intensive industry
- Experience supporting debt financing, investment committee materials, board reporting, or project-level financial analysis
