FP&A Specialist I

FP&A Specialist I leads financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytical activities for the North America region, partnering with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Administration, and Finance to enhance financial transparency and drive performance. Responsibilities include coordinating monthly forecasts and annual budgeting, analyzing monthly performance and variances, owning EBIT forecasting and reporting, developing financial analyses and executive summaries, building dashboards and KPIs, driving process improvements in planning and reporting, collaborating with Global FP&A on enhancements, and providing financial guidance to support business objectives. Key skills include strong financial analysis and modeling, advanced Excel, ability to influence across functions, clear communication and presentation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Education and experience requirements specify a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in FP&A or related finance roles, with cross-functional collaboration experience preferred.
