FP&A Specialist

FP&A Specialist role providing dual support to Carrier WHQ FP&A and Investor Relations (approx. 50/50) with exposure to corporate financial reporting, forecasting, and external-facing financial communications. Partners cross-functionally between WHQ FP&A and Investor Relations to deliver timely, accurate financial insights to executive leadership, particularly during quarterly earnings periods. Responsibilities span pulling and analyzing quarterly actuals/forecasts, serving as the finance business partner for the Service and Aftermarket team, managing orders reporting, supporting earnings materials, and ad-hoc forecasting; also managing the consensus model, tracking KPIs, earnings materials, and liaisoning between IR and FP&A during earnings periods. Basic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Commerce/Business Administration, 3+ years FP&A/Accounting/Ops Finance, and 1+ year in financial statements. Preferred qualifications include experience with HFM or similar data management tools and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, analytical and communication strengths, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Authorized to work in the United States without restriction; visa sponsorship not available. Pay range is $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually plus potential incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.
