Job Summary
FP&A Senior Professional responsible for day-to-day FP&A activities for the manufacturing unit, including budgeting and forecasting, deviation analysis, development of financial models and business cases for investments, annual standard cost calculations, contribution profit analysis, and management reporting focused on plant operations performance and KPIs. Partners with Manufacturing Finance Business Partners, Plant operations, Accounting, Procurement, and HR to monitor cost development, analyze variances, support month-end and year-end closing, ensure internal controls and SOP compliance, and contribute to cross-functional and international projects. Requires strong manufacturing finance expertise, experience with cost centre and profit centre controlling, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems (prefer SAP), and planning tools (Anaplan a plus). Advanced communication, intercultural skills, and the ability to prioritise and manage high volumes of work in a structured, professional environment are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational training, university degree, PhD, MBA, specialized further education etc.
- Academic degree or equivalent diploma in Economics or Finance
- CPA, ACCA, CMA, CIMA or equivalent accounting certification is a plus
