Job Summary
Senior FP&A Manager responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, rolling quarterly re-forecasting, and long-term financial modeling. Lead and grow a team of financial analysts and managers; analyze profitability, cost investments, and key operational metrics across regions; perform monthly variance analysis against budgets/forecasts; act as a financial liaison to Operations, Client Services, and Workforce Management to guide expense planning; drive automation and standardization of financial reports and planning processes to maximize efficiency. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA or CPA/CMA a plus) and 7+ years of corporate finance experience; proficient in BI tools and Excel; strong communication and presentation skills to influence senior leaders across regions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 7+ years of corporate finance experience
- MBA or CPA/CMA is a plus
- Proficiency in financial systems and BI tools
- Advanced Excel and data visualization/analysis skills
- Experience in a BPO or tech sector is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills to coordinate with SVPs and VPs
