FP&A Senior Manager

Senior FP&A Manager responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and analytics for assigned service lines. Partners with service-line leadership to deliver forward-looking financial insight, owns the full planning cycle (budget, forecast, actuals), and drives accountability to financial goals. Develops analytical frameworks (capacity planning, leverage modeling, revenue/pipeline analytics) during a transition from reporting-centric to analytics-driven FP&A. Acts as primary financial business partner to service-line leadership, translating data into actionable recommendations, aligning financial goals with operational drivers, and supporting long-term strategic planning. Conducts profitability analysis (m margins, pricing, cost structure), maintains rolling forecasts, monitors KPIs, and leads month-end/quarterly close with standardized reports and dashboards (Power BI, Adaptive). Manages WIP and AR reserves, ensures revenue recognition accuracy, and analyzes costs to surface actionable insights. Builds and maintains financial models for current and future performance; supports ad hoc analyses and special projects. Develops standardized, scalable reporting infrastructure and mentors FP&A analysts. Creates FP&A policies to maintain quality and consistency. Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000. Location flexibility includes Remote United States with multiple U.S. office locations listed; role emphasizes partnering with leadership and driving analytics-led decision making.
