Job Summary
Drive visibility to business performance through monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and OPEX reviews. Lead headcount forecast calls and weekly sales/order reporting while supporting strategic decisions via business cases for R&D and capital expenditures. Analyze price, product mix, and margins to identify growth opportunities, and review inventory levels to reduce excess and obsolescence reserves. Respond timely to ad-hoc requests based on business needs. This on-site role in Budapest reports to the Sr Director, Finance, Filtration, and requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance with 2-5 years of progressive experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5 years of progressive financial analysis and controlling experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in financial reporting systems (Power BI, Onestream)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to process complex data
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Ability to manage small projects
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
