Job Summary
FP&A Senior Analyst role focused on owning and developing FP&A activities: monitoring budget consumption, producing periodic reporting with variance analysis, building financial models to challenge spending, and partnering with operational managers. Responsibilities include delivering KPIs aligned with strategic objectives, assessing profitability of new projects/investments, and developing dashboards/tools to enable Finance to steer the business. The role requires a strong ownership mindset as a first FP&A hire, advanced Excel/Sheets skills, experience with FP&A tools, and fluency in English and French. Hybrid work arrangement with offices in central Paris. Compensation: €60–€65k fixed plus €3k bonus; benefits include meal vouchers, mobility allowance, BSPCE, and other perks.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years in FP&A or financial control (Big 4 a plus)
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets; experience with FP&A tools is a plus (Anaplan, Pigment, or equivalent)
- Builds rigorous analyses and communicates clearly to CFO and operational managers
- Bilingual proficiency: English & French
- Experience in high-growth environments (scale-up, tech, or similar)
- Exposure to multi-entity consolidation (UK & Italy) or ERP migration (Odoo a strong plus)
- Experience with pricing strategy and commercial logic
