FP&A Senior Analyst

Job Summary
Drive performance visibility for the Pools business segment through monthly P&L analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Collaborate with Commercial teams to align financial targets with operational strategies, while performing deep-dive variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Own the monthly reporting cycle by analyzing segment P&L drivers and managing the Sales Incentive Plan process to ensure accurate calculations and milestone alignment. Leverage OneStream, SAP, and Snowflake to extract, clean, and consolidate financial data, building dynamic dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to improve leadership visibility. Advance financial modeling capabilities using advanced Excel and deliver high-impact presentations via PowerPoint.
Required Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
- 5 to 8 years of relevant corporate experience in Finance, Accounting, Costing, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Experience with OneStream
- Experience with SAP
- Experience with Snowflake
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Advanced Excel
- PowerPoint
- Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office)
