Job Summary
FP&A Segment Reporting & Analytics – Associate drives monthly/quarterly forecasts for revenue, expenses, and assets across Equity, Fixed Income, and Alternatives; monitors investment-related revenue with FX, market performance, and net flow estimates; prepares/calculates materials for selected quarterly disclosures in the Firm’s 10-K/Q filings; conducts investment sensitivity analyses and CCAR stress testing; supports new product forecasts and collaborates with IM Technology to implement reporting enhancements including AI-enabled tools and automation; compiles AUM, net flows, and net revenue reports for stakeholders; serves as a liaison among FP&A, Firm Risk, and Corporate Accounting; requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience; strong Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBI skills and TM1 experience;Effective communication and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of work experience
- Ability to translate complex financial datasets into clear reports
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and TM1 or similar financial software
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
