FP&A Partner

FP&A Partner responsible for financial reporting (P&L, KPIs) and building/reviewing forecasts and budgets; collaborates with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure plans are realistic and understood; analyzes financial and non-financial data to identify risks/opportunities and provides practical recommendations; aims to improve reporting processes and data quality and standardize ways of working with FP&A; requires experience with Excel and financial models and familiarity with Salesforce/Tableau or similar analytics platforms; communicates financial information clearly to non-finance teams; organization operates across Europe, USA and APAC with a focus on impactful finance partnerships.
