Job Summary
FP&A Manager responsible for partnering cross-functionally to build annual budgets, manage forecasts, and provide decision support through financial analyses to ensure optimal returns on strategic investments. Design and refine detailed financial models, conduct in-quarter variance reviews, prepare monthly/quarterly management reporting, and build relationships with cross-functional teams to synthesize variances between actual procurement activity and budget. Provide ad hoc reporting to executive management and embed with business partners to understand drivers and influence planning. Strong emphasis on finance and operational planning, advanced Excel modeling, and experience with SaaS environments (Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Zuora, Salesforce). Requires a four-year degree in finance/economics/accounting (MBA a plus) and 5+ years of finance experience, with ability to influence leadership and communicate insights effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant finance experience
- SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Adaptive insights model building experience
- Strong financial and operational planning skills
- Ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Experience building Excel-based financial models
- Four year university degree in finance, economics or accounting required, MBA a plus
- Experience with financial systems- NetSuite, Zuora, Salesforce, etc. is a plus
