Job Summary
Lead monthly and quarterly expense variance analysis and close package compilation for specific departments, coordinating with accounting and key stakeholders. Own profit & loss expense-side forecasting and partner with departmental functions for headcount and expense planning, including weekly reconciliations. Conduct ad-hoc finance and accounting projects as needed while maintaining weekly headcount actuals and forecasts. This role reports to the FP&A Director and works closely with the CFO to drive financial strategy. Requires a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, 3-5 years of progressive finance experience, and proficiency in Advanced Excel and Adaptive Insights. The position is fully remote within the US, excluding AK, IA, ME, MS, NM, and WV.
