Job Summary
Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting across key drivers, owning the annual budget, long-range plan, and executive outputs. Partner daily with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to translate strategy into financial clarity, specifically maintaining a bottoms-up revenue forecast from contracted offtake and deployment schedules. Collaborate with procurement and operations on cash forecasting for GPU purchases, supplier deposits, and deployment capex while driving corporate SG&A reporting and headcount planning. Build and maintain the integrated three-statement model with scenarios, deliver business cases and ROI analyses for investments, and improve FP&A processes using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- 5+ years in a senior FP&A, strategic finance, or finance leadership role owning a company-level model at a hardware organization, preferably a Series B+ startup
- Exceptional financial modeling: three-statement fluency, rolling forecasts, driver-based variance analysis, and advanced Excel
- Familiar with the realities of building physical, manufactured technology: R&D spend, product development costs, procurement, and inventory
Desired Qualifications
- Nimble, hands-on fluency in QuickBooks Online and lightweight ERP/MRP platforms (Odoo or similar); ERP implementation or migration experience is a plus
