Job Summary
Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support growth and efficiency. Own the budgeting and forecasting lifecycles for technical teams, lead headcount planning, and help spearhead the rollout of next-generation planning tools and AI-driven workflows. Build and scale FP&A processes, reporting packages, KPIs, and planning infrastructure while performing strategic analysis on business performance, resource allocation, and investment opportunities. Work closely with Accounting partners to improve data accuracy, reporting consistency, and operating cadence. Base salary range: $149,850 - $185,000 annually plus equity. Requires 5+ years of FP&A experience in SaaS or high-growth technology.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of FP&A experience in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
- ideally with exposure to cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Strong experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated success improving financial models, reporting, and planning processes
- ideally with some exposure to systems or tooling implementation
- Comfort with FP&A systems, automation, and AI-enabled tools
- ability to identify opportunities to streamline planning, reporting, and analysis workflows
- Strong analytical and modeling skills
- ability to distill complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Effective stakeholder management skills
