Job Summary
FP&A Manager will own all forecasting and analysis of the P&L and cash flows for Palmetto's Direct-to-Consumer business segment, act as a strategic partner to Consumer segment leadership, and support growth initiatives. Responsibilities include managing annual planning and monthly re-forecasting, monthly Actuals vs Plan reviews, cashflow forecasting, building financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis, evaluating pricing, customer acquisition costs, unit economics, and margin improvement opportunities, and driving process improvements to streamline reporting and reduce cycle times. The role requires strong financial modeling, business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2-5 years FP&A experience with demonstrated ownership of forecasts, models, and performance reporting
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
- Background check required for employment
