Job Summary
FP&A Manager responsible for strategic financial partnership across departments, building and automating complex financial models, managing company-wide forecasting processes, designing and enhancing financial systems, and delivering executive-ready insights to influence long-term strategy. You will lead cross-functional projects, drive profitability initiatives, and anticipate financial risks and opportunities to achieve targets. Strong experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Planning, plus excellent communication skills for presenting to the Board and executives, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a quantitative discipline. MBA is a plus
- 4+ years of finance experience with a track record of managing financial forecasts and leading strategic initiatives; experience in a growth-stage SaaS or tech company is highly preferred
- Expertise in building and managing complex financial models including multi-year financial plans and automating financial processes.
- Demonstrated experience managing Operating Expenses (OPEX), including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and identifying cost-saving opportunities to drive operational efficiency, with the ability to connect financial data to strategic decisions
- Proven proficiency in NetSuite is required; must be comfortable navigating and extracting data independently.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to executive and non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Preferred: Proven ability to deliver financial insights that shape corporate strategy and long-term planning.
- Experience with SaaS and recurring revenue business models and financial metrics
- Experience with financial planning tools such as Adaptive Planning is a strong plus.
