Job Summary
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance management by jointly driving planning processes, refining methodologies, and challenging stakeholder assumptions to ensure forecast accuracy. Build and own complex financial models across revenue, costs, and headcount while translating business questions into actionable decision support. Act as a proactive finance partner to long-term leaders, enforcing spending discipline and managing budget approvals. Take end-to-end ownership of FP&A projects, leveraging automation and AI to streamline processes and reduce manual activity. Mentor junior colleagues, delegate complex workstreams, and raise team standards through knowledge sharing. Operate independently with full accountability for outcomes, delivering structured solutions to ambiguous financial problems without direct oversight from senior leadership.

- Demonstrable experience independently owning complex financial models and business processes.
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Desired Qualifications
- Qualified (or close to qualification) as an ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant.
- Experience within financial services.
- Experience using AI to improve Finance processes.
- Knowledge of the payments industry.
