FP&A Manager

FP&A Manager responsible for leading Financial Planning & Forecasting, AFP, SBP, and monthly Outlook processes. Develop and maintain robust financial models to support revenue, gross profit, operating expenses, and EBIT forecasting; monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities; drive forecast accuracy through trend analysis and strategic business partnering. Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with variance analysis against AFP, Outlook, and prior results; consolidate financial results for regional/global reporting. Analyze sales, gross margin, OPEX, working capital, and profitability; support revenue/margin optimization through detailed financial analysis and evaluation of promotions, pricing, investments, and cost-saving initiatives. Partner with department leaders to develop budgets, forecasts, and business cases; provide scenario analysis and financial impact assessments. Drive process improvements in planning and reporting using SAP S/4HANA, Essbase, and other tools; enhance data quality and visualization; support deployment of new finance tools as required. Located in Seoul office (Korea).
