Job Summary
High-visibility FP&A Manager partnering directly with the CFO and leadership team to drive financial performance, operational decision-making, and business growth. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, manufacturing costing and margin improvement, executive/board/lender reporting, project estimation leadership, and KPI development to deliver actionable financial insights and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- CPA required
- 5+ years of FP&A experience in manufacturing
- Strong financial modeling and costing experience
- Ability to influence operational and commercial leaders
- Experience in a PE-backed environment is a plus
