Job Summary
FP&A Manager responsible for leading FP&A and Zero Based Budgeting initiatives for Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam. Build and consolidate financial month-end closure, prepare and share key financial reports with actuals and forecast updates, drive the ZBB agenda by challenging and controlling indirect budgets, manage Month Performance Review deck preparation and Forecast Commitment meetings, and partner with the CEO/CFO on performance-related queries. Actively drive Automation / Finance Transformation and network with the Zone FP&A community to gather best practices and insights. Location-based role in Amsterdam with a focus on delivering data-driven insights, storytelling to Leadership Team, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize budgeting and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of expertise in Finance function (FP&A / Commercial finance preferably)
- Advanced Excel / Power Point knowledge skills
- Basic understanding of SAP system
- Ability to process / visualise / simplify big data
- Developed presentation skills / Story telling (presentation to Leadership Team)
- Desire to improve / simplify processes and tasks.
