Job Summary
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across the organization by developing models, reports, and performance analyses. Analyze financial and operational results to provide insights to senior leadership, track key metrics, and identify trends. Partner with accounting and operational teams to ensure data accuracy, prepare presentations for leadership, and support strategic decision-making. Manage and improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting structures while leading and mentoring two direct reports. Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and other business leaders to drive business growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience
- Strong understanding of core FP&A principles, including budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
- Experience with financial planning, ERP, BI, or reporting systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to interact confidently with senior leadership and present financial information in a clear, concise manner
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
