Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 7–10 years progressive finance experience
- Strong technical finance toolkit
- Advanced analytical/problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency with finance/data systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, OneStream, SQL, Power BI)
Desired Qualifications
- Professional designations (CPA, CFA, MBA)
- Financial services, banking, or fintech experience
- High-ownership, self-starter with the ability to build frameworks from scratch
- Excellent partner to cross-functional teams and executives
