Job Summary
FP&A Manager responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Lubrizol Surface Sciences; serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders; drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements; develop business cases and financial justifications for strategic initiatives; support selection and deployment of planning software; develop working capital improvement strategies and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow; participate in standardizing reporting and providing timely monthly/quarterly deliverables; manufacturing experience and proficiency with SAP, PowerBI, and BOJB preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university
- Minimum 7 years of financial experience
- Excellent systems and financial modeling skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Well-organized, flexible, and ability to multi-task with strong analytical skills
- Proactive self-starter with a strong desire to achieve
- Strong interpersonal and business communication skills
