Job Summary
FP&A Manager – Commercial Finance (GTM) at iManage focuses on GTM & Sales finance, ARR/NRR management, revenue forecasting, and partnership with Sales Ops/Revenue Ops. Responsibilities include building revenue models across GTM streams (ACV, renewals, expansions, upsell, cross-sell), producing pipeline-to-revenue reporting, scenario analysis, capacity planning related to quota and commissions, and developing early PS finance infrastructure. Collaboration with Head of FP&A and cross-functional teams to support planning cycles, executive presentations, and continuous improvement of FP&A processes. In-office presence required on Tuesdays & Thursdays with flexibility for work-life balance; modern workspace and comprehensive benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of FP&A experience
- SaaS experience
- Strong understanding of ARR, NRR, ACV, churn, retention and revenue waterfall
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to translate analytical outputs into commercial narratives
- Experience supporting annual planning and revenue target-setting
