Job Summary
Own and drive the full-cycle budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across international operations. Analyze performance against plan, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making. Deliver in-depth financial analysis to support business strategy, identify trends and risks, and develop models to evaluate scenarios and investments. Prepare high-quality financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, ensuring timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual data. Act as a trusted finance partner to Sales, Revenue, Data, and People teams, providing guidance and challenging assumptions. Continuously enhance FP&A processes, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and automation using ERP systems and advanced Excel. This role supports strategic decisions at an international product company with 400 million users, requiring experience in global environments and M&A transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Solid experience in financial planning and analysis
- Experience working with international markets (Europe, US)
- Experience participating in M&A (mergers & acquisitions) transactions
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and advanced financial modeling
- Hands-on, detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in financial systems and tools (ERP platforms, planning tools, advanced Excel)
- High level of integrity
- Fluent English
- Proactive, initiative-driven mindset
- Willingness to propose and implement improvements

- CPA

- Prior experience in a Big4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) in audit, advisory, or transaction services
