Job Summary
FP&A Manager for North America Commercial Chiller finance partner role driving planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. Responsible for developing and presenting monthly forecasts with variance analysis, leading annual financial-plan development, ensuring timely monthly close, reconciling P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow in HFM, and preparing daily/weekly financial and operational reports with business commentary. Requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, strong analytical storytelling, and experience with financial systems (HFM, SAP) in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance, and/or Accounting
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
- Ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or C2)
