Job Summary
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes while delivering timely monthly management reporting with financial dashboards and variance analysis. Partner with business and project teams to assess financial performance, project profitability, and new business opportunities, identifying risks and translating complex analysis into practical recommendations. Develop financial models and business cases to support strategic initiatives, M&A evaluations, and due diligence activities. Drive continuous improvement through reporting automation and enhance planning tools while collaborating with Accounting during month-end close and audit requirements. Complete priority analyses and special projects requested by senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- An educational background in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- At least five years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance function
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
Desired Qualifications
- SAP experience
- A CPA, CFA, or comparable professional designation
