Job Summary
FP&A Manager responsible for leading annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial models; provide variance analysis and strategic recommendations; analyze production costs, pricing, and supply chain expenses to improve profitability; develop cost models for pricing strategy optimization and margin improvements; support SKU rationalization and pricing decisions; prepare financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards; collaborate with operations, supply chain, and sales to improve cost efficiencies; implement financial controls and assess capital expenditures and ROI on new product launches, facilities, and automation; evaluate financial risks and opportunities in new markets and vendor negotiations; support M&A analysis and integration planning as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis/FP&A
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, pricing strategies, and financial modeling
