FP&A Manager

Job Summary
Own the monthly and quarterly forecasting cycle, developing variance analyses that explain performance against budget and prior periods. Lead the annual budget process in partnership with department leaders, consolidating input into a coherent company-wide plan. Partner closely with the Controller to ensure alignment between accounting close and FP&A deliverables, while building recurring management reporting packages for board meetings. Serve as a financial thought partner to the CFO, identifying trends, flagging risks, and surfacing opportunities in the data. Support pricing strategy work, including deal economics modeling and scenario evaluation, and track core SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, and retention to explain movement to non-finance stakeholders. Prepare and review complete financial statements with high accuracy and present findings directly to senior leadership. This role is based in Indianapolis, IN, with a hybrid schedule of minimum two days per week in the office. Candidates must reside in the USA and be authorized to work without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- MBA
- 3-5 years of progressive FP&A experience
- experience within a SaaS or subscription-revenue business
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Demonstrated experience with forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting deliverables
- Working knowledge of cost accounting concepts
