Job Summary
FP&A Manager responsible for leading the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes; acts as a trusted finance partner to engineering, sales, and operations teams, providing strategic guidance and decision support; builds and maintains robust financial models to support investments, product strategy, and operational initiatives; performs variance analysis and delivers actionable recommendations; collaborates with accounting to align financial reporting and planning; drives process improvements to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency; prepares executive presentations and materials for leadership reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
- Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
