FP&A Manager
RemoteUnited States
Job Summary
FP&A Manager will own the end-to-end FP&A function, including the monthly close, annual budget cycle, and ad-hoc models as the company builds its 2026 plan. You’ll develop driver-based models (e.g., member growth, ARPM, CAC, payback, program-level margins), partner with department heads to translate plans into resourced budgets, and support analyses for leadership. You’ll own long-range planning, multi-scenario budgeting, and the rolling forecast integrated with headcount, balance sheet, and cash flow. You’ll craft the monthly board narrative, drive the 2026 budget cycle, and build an operational FP&A toolkit (dashboards, what-if models, scenario analysis) while championing AI-enabled FP&A workflows (Claude, AI-powered tooling) across the finance stack. The role requires 5–8 years of FP&A experience, end-to-end budgeting ownership, advanced modeling in Excel, familiarity with modern FP&A platforms, strong business partnering, and a strong grasp of SaaS/healthcare unit economics, plus data visualization skills with BI tools. The team is global, with remote work options and physical sites in San Diego and Vienna, offering a comprehensive benefits package and work-from-home flexibility.
