Job Summary
FP&A Manager will own and advance the organization’s financial planning and analysis function beyond traditional budgeting and reporting. Develop analytical frameworks to enhance financial visibility across retail operations, mission services, and real estate investments. Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting, leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools. Translate financial results into actionable recommendations for senior leadership, partnering with department leaders to align financial plans with business strategies. Build and refine financial models for pricing, labor productivity, and operational decision-making; drive scenario analysis, KPI development, and data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. Cultivate cross-functional partnerships, ensure data integrity, and drive process improvements and SOPs to scale FP&A capabilities. Stay current on emerging AI applications in finance and incorporate practical use cases to improve efficiency and decision support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Minimum of 6–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles
- Experience in retail, multi-site operations, or real estate financial analysis is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling required
