FP&A Manager (24 Month FTC)

FP&A Manager leading the Save To Invest programme, acting as the finance lead and commercial partner to the Transformation team. Owns analysis of current cost base, challenges spend plans, tracks programme financials, and integrates investment assumptions into budgeting and 5-year planning. Works across FP&A Planning to align business cases, investment assumptions, and risks & opportunities into monthly reforecasts and the 5-year plan; broad visibility across the business with emphasis on technology and central costs, driving cost optimisation. Ideal candidate is highly numerate with strong modelling capability, a proven able-to-build robust business cases, and a collaborative, proactive approach to influencing stakeholders while delivering improved financial tracking and processes.
