Job Summary
Direct and administer financial activities for the Europe region, ensuring planning, budgeting, and forecasting meet corporate guidelines. Partner with the Europe GM and senior leadership to deliver timely management reports, competitive analysis, and financial modeling that drive growth and identify risks. Lead the regional team in establishing financial policies, scrutinizing business plans, and managing administrative procedures to protect organizational profits. Evaluate acquisitions, investments, and major feasibility studies while representing the organization with bankers, legal advisers, and government representatives.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years' experience in Finance
- 10+ years on Finance Business Partnering
- Advanced computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and Word)
- SAP skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong technical accounting skills
- Experience in corporate reporting (Preferably HFM Reporting)
- Experience in ISGAAP and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX)
- Experience in administrative functions, such as purchasing or distribution

- CA/CPA/CIMA/IPA/MBA qualified
