Job Summary
FP&A Lead role in Advanced Technology (AE&S) supporting investment management and oversight of BSEC (Bookings / Sales / Earnings / Cash) for the AE&S portfolio. Hybrid work in Tucson, AZ with relocation assistance. Responsibilities include managing investments (Capital, Capital Associated Expense, New Business Investment, Overhead, Inventory, CFR), burn-rate analysis, Earned Value Lite, quarterly EAC process, investment review presentations, and ad hoc reporting; oversee SSBU financial activities (BSEC and EOC); lead monthly pre-close and close activities; support long-range planning, cross-functional coordination, market growth analysis, risk/opportunity identification; coordinate balance sheet accounts and process improvement initiatives; strong experience in Excel, SAP BW, and financial storytelling to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, including Analysis for Office, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience using SAP Business Systems, BW Toolset, or similar business systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
