Job Summary
Access and download financial data from various sources while pursuing automation opportunities for repeatable outputs. Perform monthly spending and headcount reconciliation, actuals reporting, and variance analysis to support forecasting through trend analysis and financial projections. Prepare standardized and customized reports for management and stakeholders, tracking performance data and summarizing it for various audiences. Complete other ad hoc finance and accounting projects as needed. This three-month full-time internship offers training, mentoring, and coaching from a Senior Manager of FP&A within a fintech environment that leverages AI to revolutionize the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Current Business, Finance, or Accounting student
- Positive attitude and exhibits initiative, self-motivation, and drive
- Flexibility to work on different projects
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- A command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Reliable team player
- Super excited to learn new things
- Passionate about numbers
- Detail oriented
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Full-Time, Monday - Friday 40 hours per week
- Remote but must be located in San Francisco Bay Area
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others

Desired Qualifications
