Job Summary
Prepare and distribute regular financial reports including variance analysis and performance summaries. Assist in analyzing financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends for business decisions. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets while contributing to the development of financial models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and support the preparation of business cases for new initiatives. Present findings to senior management and stakeholders. This 12-month graduate program runs from anywhere globally, offering a pathway to full-time employment within the fintech and blockchain space.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Relevant internships or academic projects
- Familiarity with data software (e.g., Looker, PowerBI)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages
- Genuine interest in fintech and the crypto space, with a desire to learn about the financial services industry
- Familiarity with basic financial reporting and accounting concepts gained through academic studies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets, with a willingness to develop financial modeling and data analysis skills
- Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated potential to analyze data and learn to draw meaningful conclusions
- Problem-Solving: A proactive attitude towards learning to identify and address financial issues
