Job Summary
Lead the collection, validation, and management of complex financial datasets while establishing data quality standards for reporting and forecasting. Perform comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and performance drivers, translating data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, implement automated reporting solutions, and enhance the efficiency of financial planning and management. Serve as a trusted advisor to support enterprise initiatives through strong data governance and continuous improvement efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent education and related training
- Eight years of relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex financial analysis
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Proactive in completing tasks and producing deliverables
- Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes
- Ability to build consensus through communication and presentation of factual and relevant information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interpret and communicate financial analysis to business partners in a concise and useful manner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Sound and logical decision-making abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well with others in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with GAAP
- High proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other basic software products
- Financial Modeling experience
- English (Required)
- 1st shift (United States of America)
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst
- Master's degree of MBA
- Specific financial services or specialized industry experience
- Proficient in Essbase/Hyperion, EPM/BPC, or other enterprise accounting software
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, or other data transformation tools
