FP&A Finance Specialist

Finance Manager role based in Prague focused on the G&A organization with emphasis on Facilities and Corporate Functions. Owns the Facilities P&L, including OPEX/CAPEX governance, lease analytics, and forecasting; drives spend modeling, lease economics, and scenario planning to inform footprint and investment decisions. Builds and maintains financial models across CapEx, lease accounting, rent, CAM, and operating expenses; partners with global Facilities and G&A leaders to standardize reporting and drive cost efficiency. Improves FP&A processes through automation using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI; supports end-to-end CapEx and OpEx management and collaborates with Facilities, Accounting, Procurement, and Corporate Finance to enable cross-functional decisions. Requires strong analytical and communication skills, FP&A experience, proficiency with financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel; leadership to manage multiple priorities and develop cross-functional relationships.
