Job Summary
Finance Manager for the G&A FP&A team based in Prague, responsible for supporting the Finance, HR, and Legal P&Ls (including forecasting and consolidations) across G&A corp functions; drive spend modeling, workforce insights, and scenario planning to inform footprint and investment decisions; own close, planning, forecasting, and performance management with standardized processes and a remote-analyst team; build and maintain P&L, OPEX, and allocation models; lead automation and scalability of FP&A reporting using SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI; enable cross-functional budgeting and contract analysis, ensuring financial accuracy and alignment with KPIs.
