Job Summary
FP&A DPS Manager in Taguig City will provide financial support across Global Services functions (Finance, HR, Proc, S&O) for the Orthopaedics business. Lead governance for financial tracking and reporting to ensure a consistent process, standardize financial reviews and reporting packages with GS process leads, oversee materials, provide variance analysis and mitigation strategies. Engage with global business partners to deliver financial guidance and insights, drive a value-driven cost-effective culture, and support ad hoc project work.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5 years of finance or related business experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Experience partnering with associates at all levels
- Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Process improvements and problem-solving experience
