Job Summary
Be the primary finance counterpart to Tech, Data, Product, HR, and Finance leaders, challenging assumptions and pushing teams toward sharper ROI-driven decisions. Own the financial view of your scope by translating data into actionable recommendations, leading monthly and quarterly FP&A reporting processes including management reviews and variance analysis. Drive the shift of reporting, dashboards, and forecasting to AI agents and internal tooling to automate the finance stack and eliminate manual effort. Own the annual budget and reforecast cycles, ensuring the operating plan aligns with near-term targets and long-term strategies. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and a mandate to modernize the finance stack, situated within Ogury's global adtech company powering Persona Intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or finance consulting
- Corporate FP&A depth: hands-on experience owing budgeting/reforecasting, monthly/quarterly cycles and executive-level reporting
- A business-partner mindset: you influence decisions, not just inform them, and you know how to constructively push back on senior stakeholders
- Modeling and data fluency: you build financial models non-finance stakeholders can use
- Advanced Sheets/Excel
- Proficient English (C1)
Desired Qualifications
- ideally in SaaS, tech, AdTech, or fintech
- SQL or BI a strong plus
