Job Summary
FP&A Director responsible for leading financial planning and analysis across TWG’s operations, partnering with Operations and Engineering to optimize cost, pricing, capital allocation, and supply chain performance. Roles include overseeing annual operating plans and forecasts, product costing, variance analysis, LEAN manufacturing initiatives, inventory optimization, and capital planning; acts as a financial advisor to senior leadership and ensures alignment with strategic goals while modeling TWG leadership values and maintaining compliance with ISO procedures. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and MBA (finance focus), CPA preferred, and 10+ years of manufacturing-finance experience; willingness to travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and MBA required with focus on Finance
- Minimum 10 years of experience, with 5-7 years of financial management in manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Accounting and CPA preferred
- Travel as required and/or directed
