Job Summary
FP&A Data Analyst responsible for building and improving the FP&A data landscape, developing scalable reporting and dashboards, enhancing data models and processes in Pigment, integrating data across systems (Dynamics, Pigment, Looker), and reducing Excel dependency while delivering actionable business insights; collaboration across Finance, Data, and Engineering teams, with a focus on data quality, automation, and self-service analytics.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Data Analytics
- Strong interest in data, systems, and process improvement
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (ideally Looker)
- Proven ability to work with data models and process automation
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant insights
